Social Task 9

This social task involves providing ideas for future classes and social tasks. I would add exercises like the village and the wolf early on in the class because it helps people loosen up and become more familiar and sociable with each other. The combination of social tasks, writing assignments and  lecture’s on Law and Ethics are interesting and are presented clearly.  The Instructor’s ability to shift gears when he feel’s the need to is also interesting because things change on a daily basis in the business world and you need to be able to adapt to that. Other then providing social interacting activities earlier on in the course I wouldn’t change anything. Well Done!

Social task 8

This social task involved asking someone what their favorite movie is. My classmates favorite movie was Kingsman. I didn’t feel odd asking this question because it is a question you would ask in a normal conversation.

My social task was to get the shoe size of a fellow classmate. The classmate wears a size 8.5 shoe. It felt kind of odd asking the question because It is a question  that I would not normally ask someone, other than that all went well.

Social task 6

My 6th social task was to get a fellow classmate to share the high school they graduated from. I found a classmate that did no graduate from high school but received a GED, just like me.

Social Task 5

My 5th social task was to find someone who works for the City of Spokane. I found Mayor David A Condon on the City of Spokane Web Site.

Social Task 4

My 4th social task was to tell a fellow classmate a fictitious story about last summer. I completed the task even though it made me feel awkward and strange. I do have principles that conflict with not telling the truth but I completed it to see how it would affect me. I also felt that the experiment was within reason, not to force me to lie, but to understand the feelings I experimented by telling the lie.

Social Task 3

My 3rd social task was to get a fellow classmate to use my USB on their lab computer. I didn’t complete the assignment because I felt uncomfortable letting anyone use my USB because it has personal information on it.   I also didn’t want anything to inadvertently get erased or altered on my USB.

Great class so far, I’m interested in seeing how the law is applied to technology. I introduced myself to someone, they said hello.
